"Michael Haller's State Farm Insurance office has great people that work for him, the office staff is top-notch!!! But if I had to rate the insurance commissioner, Mike Causey, for North Carolina and the outrageous increases he is instituting for this state, I'd give him a zero rating. Increasing rates will just cause more people to drive without insurance and then those of us that pay for insurance will end up paying even more. His increases are putting all of us in the poor house. It's greed, plain and simple. It's all about how much money they can rake in."
