"I’ve had my homeowners insurance with this agency for 7 years. I work with Lisa. If I have a question and I email her, she is very prompt in getting back to me. Thanks Lisa. Update: I’ve had to make some changes in my insurance and I was unsure of the type of coverage and how much I needed. Lisa came through again. She had the patience to Answer all my questions and explain things. Thank you again, Lisa. Update: I had to make another change to my homeowners because the HOA changed their insurance and their deductible. Lisa assisted me again. Again, she had the patience to work with me and reacted immediately when I needed help. I hope you’re paying her well because if she ever leaves, I will follow her. Update 7/30/25 I’m having to make another change to my homeowners as the HOA is changing things again. Once again, Lisa has come to my rescue. Thank you again, Lisa."

"We've had State Farm for 20+ years for 5 locations in Florida and now 3 in North Carolina. All of the State Farm agents have been good. Michael Haller and Lisa Kunkle are the best!
